    Lacking in customer service

    I ordered the product 11/23. As of 12/7 I have not received the product nor a response to my emails.

    I'm unable to rate the product but the customer service certainly leaves much to be desired.

    LBR, I apologize for not seeing your email from earlier in the week. I checked the tracking number which you were sent and have indicated in your email that you aware something appears to be going on with the shipping. I will get the product together and deliver it tomorrow. Again, I do apologize for not following up. All the packages we have sent so far have arrived at the locations so I am unsure of what is going on with this one. Thank you for bringing this to my attention and I will do better in the future to check the emails more frequently.

    Best Sleep

    I used to take sleep/pain medication to help relax and go to sleep. I have completely stopped that and take one gummy every night before going to sleep. Best sleep I have gotten in YEARS!
